- Suitable for commercial applications.
- Monitoring includes dual key override, deadlatching, door closed, door locked, request to exit and reed switch.
- The lock can be operated by push buttons, intercom systems and key switches; or integrated with electronic access control systems for use with higher security devices such as keypads or card readers.

- 3570 monitored electric mortice lock.
- Field selectable Fail Safe or Fail Secure function.
- 60mm backset, 89 and 127mm also available.
- Solenoid locking/unlocking of lever handles.
- Operating voltage 12-24Vdc.
- Operating Current:
- 500mA (max) 80mA holding @ 12Vdc
- 275mA (max) 50mA holding @ 24Vdc
- Includes 1.6 metre cable with 12 pin socket.
- Supplied with positive latching 12 pin plug emanating from the top of the lock on a short length of cable.
- Reversible for left and right hand doors opening in or out.
- Suits door thickness 32-50mm.
- Protection diode is included for back EMF suppression.
- Selectable on site for one or both lever handles being locked by solenoid without dismantling the lock.
