Terms and Conditions – Free Case of Beer with Every Dell Purchase Giveaway

1. Promotion Period
This promotion runs from February 19th until March 31st, 2025. Any purchases made outside of this period will not be eligible for the giveaway.

2. Eligibility
  • The promotion is open to all customers who purchase a Dell server or workstation from GSA within the promotional period.
  • The offer applies to each Dell unit purchased, meaning customers will receive one (1) case of beer per Dell server or workstation purchased. For example, the purchase of ten (10) Dell servers will qualify for ten (10) cases of beer.
3. Beer Selection
Eligible customers will receive one (1) case (24 bottles or cans, subject to availability) of beer per eligible purchase. The available beer options are:
  • Corona Extra
  • Carlton Dry
  • Great Northern Super Crisp (Mid Strength)
In the event that the brand selected by the customer is unavailable, GSA reserves the right to substitute it with another brand of similar value and quality.

4. Non-Exchange and Non-Refundable Terms
  • Customers cannot exchange the beer for another brand.
  • The beer cannot be exchanged for a financial credit, cash refund, or any other form of compensation.
5. Fulfilment and Delivery
  • GSA has partnered with Dan Murphy’s to fulfil and ship the beer to customers.
  • Select customer information (including name, contact details, and shipping address) will be shared with Dan Murphy’s solely for the purpose of fulfilling the beer shipment. GSA will not use or share this information for any other purposes.
  • Customers may elect to receive the beer at either a personal or business address.
6. Returns and Refunds
  • Customers who return Dell items purchased during this promotion period, and who have received the case of beer, will have the value of the beer deducted from their refund amount.
  • This policy does not impact warranty claims, and any items returned due to genuine warranty issues will not be charged the cost of the beer.
7. General Terms
  • This promotion is only available while stocks last.
  • Customers must be of legal drinking age (18+) to participate. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
  • GSA reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • By participating in this promotion, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
